Sign riders are useful for amending signs and displaying variable or changing information. Their most common use is on real estate signs to highlight either special details about a property (“Great Price” or “Must See Inside!”) or to announce “Sold” or other market-status statements.
Another popular use of sign riders is with hotels. A small and removable “No” sign rider can be a great way to easily change your sign from “Vacancy” to “No Vacancy.”
